Legal Web CPD courses licence terms

1. The Legal Web CPD course materials (the "materials") are copyright Nick Holmes and Delia Venables ("us") and the attributed contributors and may not be copied, retransmitted or reproduced in any form without our permission except under the terms of this licence.

2. Except for multi-use purchases, all licences are personal, for the use of the individually-named purchaser only ("you"). Multi-use purchases are for the use of any member or employee of the purchaser's organisation (and "you" includes reference to those individuals).

3. You may use the materials for personal research and reference purposes only.

4. A personal licence purchase entitles you to submit answers to questions set for the purpose of earning CPD points; a multi-use purchase entitles up to 5 individuals in your organisation to earn CPD points. If answered correctly we will validate the answers to enable you to claim the appropriate number of points.

5. This licence may be terminated forthwith by us if you commit a material breach of any of its terms. On termination all rights granted will automatically and immediately revert to us and no further use whatsoever may be made of the materials or any printed copies thereof. On termination you must erase the materials from any computer or other media on which they have been stored.

6. The materials are used at your risk and in no event will we be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind including lost profits or other consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the materials or from errors or deficiencies in them.
