FormsPlus Licence Terms1. infolaw FormsPlus ("Forms") are copyright infolaw Limited and others. Crown copyright forms are reproduced with the permission of the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office. 2. Unless Multi-Use or Site Licence terms have been agreed, all licences are Personal Licences, for the use of the named individual and his or her personal support staff ("you"). Multi-Use purchases are for use by the relevant number of users; Site Licences are for the use of any members of a class or classes agreed with infolaw. 3. You may use the Forms for in-house purposes only. In-house use includes use of the forms in any client transaction in which you are engaged. 4. You may not use out of date Forms, and it is entirely your responsibility to ascertain the currency of the Forms. 5. You may not transmit the Forms electronically except for in-house use and you may not sell the Forms. 6. Printed copies of the Forms should comply in all respects with the approved version supplied by infolaw, subject to any variations that may be allowed by the appropriate regulatory agency, and must include the original publication reference footline. 7. This Licence may be terminated forthwith by infolaw if you commit a material breach of any of its terms. On termination all rights granted will automatically and immediately revert to infolaw and no further use whatsoever may be made of the Forms or any printed copies thereof. On termination you must erase the Forms from any computer or other media on which they have been stored. 8. The Forms are used at your risk and in no event will infolaw be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind including lost profits or other consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Forms or from errors or deficiencies in them. No responsibility for the currency or comprehensiveness of Crown copyright Forms is accepted by the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office. |
