Using a question and answer format, Express Wills guides users through a structured questionnaire - based on the response, the software determines the next relevant question and takes them automatically to the appropriate prompt.

Once users have completed the questionnaire, the questions are combined with a bank of nearly 1,000 precedents to produce a draft will - the content, order and presentation can then be amended or changed before printing off the will, either in Standard Will format or Old English format, ready for signature.

Only pay for what you use

The system is highly cost-effective. You pay-as-you-go, using up a unit each time you draft a new will. For the initial purchase price you will receive the CD-ROM plus 10 will units.

Further units can be ordered as and when you need them. This pay-as-you-go method means that the cost of Express Wills relates directly to the number of wills you undertake and you can charge your costs back to your client.
